He understood that I wanted to go at my own pace - aiding me as I started slowly, but then as I ramped up in seriousness he was promptly able to schedule house visits and just as promptly responsive to emails and questions. This continued while I was under contract, answering my questions when he could to fielding seller's agent, a mortgage broker, or the title company when needed. And of course on top of it all, he knows the market, appreciates great architecture, and has a great sense of style.

Jack helped us buy our very first home ever. A year later, this is still our dearest and proudest purchase, and we see ourselves spending the rest of our lives here. He often took the time to explain to us how the real-estate markets work, and walked us step by step through the otherwise extremely complex process of searching, bidding and eventually purchasing a home.
